Nightclub Hearth
This photograph was actually taken seconds earlier than a fireplace that will kill 100 folks on the Station nightclub in Rhode Island in 2003. The fireplace was brought on by the supervisor of the band who was setting off pyrotechnics. The fireplace acquired uncontrolled when it ignited with flammable soundproofing inside the partitions.
