12. The Greek Olympic Stadiums
When a rustic wins the rights to host an Olympics, pandemonium often ensues, and what culminates is a three-week occasion stuffed with jingoistic celebrations and sporting prowess. However when the closing ceremony is finished and dusted, you might be left with a sequence of empty buildings, and for Greece, they did not have a lot of a backup plan in place.
From baseball fields, to kayaking arenas and stadiums constructed only for judo, most of those once-magnificent constructions stay unused to today.
