Tentacles beneath the tongue
This picture was not a part of some over-the-top Halloween prosthetics however is an actual situation. These issues beneath the tongue are known as fimbriated folds of the tongue or Plica Fimbriata. This occurs when the tissue which connects our tongues to the underside of our mouth have further small growths connected to them.
